Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your BOSU products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
