What is the weight limit for the BOSU Home Balance Trainer?
The BOSU Home Balance Trainer is designed for residential use and has a maximum user weight limit of 300 lbs (136 kg).
How do I properly inflate my BOSU ball?
Inflate the dome until it is approximately 8.5 inches high. The dome should give slightly when you stand on it, rather than being rock hard, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

How do I clean and maintain my balance trainer?
Clean the dome and base with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface material.

Yes, our products come with a limited warranty. The Home Balance Trainer includes a 90-day limited warranty, while Pro models feature a 1-year limited warranty for commercial use.
